Market Master provides algorithmic trading software that executes trades on your connected brokerage account according to pre-defined logic and your chosen risk settings. We are a software provider, not a broker, and we do not provide financial or investment advice.

3. Your account & funds

Your trading funds remain in your own account with your own broker at all times. Our software connects with trade-execution permissions only and can never deposit or withdraw your funds.

4. No guarantees

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Target ranges are objectives, not promises. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed per the pricing you select. You may cancel any time; a 30-day money-back guarantee applies as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the software, and to use it only on accounts you own or are authorised to operate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Master is not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
